All purchases made on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out on the next working day.
Shipping within New Zealand is free, nationwide.
We use NZ Courier Track ‘n Trace, and the package must be signed for when it's delivered. So, when making your purchase make sure you provide an address that you are certain someone is going to be home to sign for the package. We’ve found that it's best to get your purchase sent to a work address. We cannot ship to PO BOX numbers. This is NZ Courier's 'overnight' service, and they say all deliveries are made at 9:30am the next morning. Sometimes this isn't the case, so please allow 1 - 2 workings days before getting in touch with us.
Shipping to Australia is free with any purchase over $25.00 NZD. If under $25.00, shipping will be $15.00 NZD. For the free services we use NZ Post Air Mail. Please allow 3 - 6 working days for your order to arrive.
We have two other options for deliveries to Australia, which you can select from the drop down box on the purchase screen.
Economy Courier Track 'n Trace ( 2 - 3 working days ) : $25 (NZD)
Express Courier Track 'n Trace ( 1 - 3 working days ) : $40 (NZD)
Shipping to the United States is free with any purchase over $300 NZD. If under $300, shipping will be $50 NZD. This will be sent via NZ Post Economy Courier Track n' Trace and can be tracked online. This service normally takes 5 - 6 working days; however, this does not include the time for customs. White Box Boutique has no control over any customs charges that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges, you will be responsible for their payment.

Economy Courier Track 'n Trace ( 5 - 6 working days ) : NZ$50
For our international shipping we use NZ Post Economy Courier Track 'n Trace. This is to ensure that you get the best international shipping rates possible. Please allow the above amount of working days for your international purchases to be delivered; however, this does not include the time for customs. White Box Boutique has no control over any customs charges that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges, you will be responsible for their payment.
Please be aware that all the prices listed above cover most purchases. However, for large items or large purchases we have the right to charge extra for shipping so it fits accordingly.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to figure out your size. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you do purchase something and upon receiving it don’t really love what you got you can return it for a refund, or exchange it for something you think you will actually love. White Box is happy to refund or exchange your order, but this must be done within 14 days of your receipt. Please note; for a refund you would have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to White Box. The same goes for exchanging an item, however, we’ll send your new item to you free of charge. The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags and all that in order for us to refund you or exchange the item.
Now, a step-to-step guide on how to return or exchange your purchase…
1. Before an item is returned you must email White Box on firstname.lastname@example.org and point out what the item is that you wish to return and why you are returning it.
2. White Box will then give you the details for sending the product back.
3. You must then pay to send the item back to White Box. This must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back at White Box. The item must be in pristine condition with the original tags attached, and include your filled out return form.
4. Once White Box receives the item back, we will either refund you or send you your new item.
